This is my new slogan, and it is what I have observed  with clients who are determined to grow and move forward. When I read this new slogan I become excited all over again about the effectiveness of the coaching process. It motivates me to keep learning all I can about my profession, and be appreciative for loving what I do.

Whether it’s our business slogan, our life purpose, our goals or commitments, they work best when they are big, compelling, and keep us enthusiastic. That’s when they encourage us to reach for our best selves.
